Do you sell outside of the US or ship internationally?
We ship to most international locations! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer if applicable to your country. Sometimes orders are delayed in customs. We can’t impact customs processing times or change / reimburse custom fees or import duties.
Due to international tax regulation changes we are not shipping physical products to the UK.
When will my order ship out?
Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 working days of placing it - you won't be waiting too long :)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to current delays, you may be waiting longer than usual to receive your parcel. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time while you wait for your order.
USA Standard Shipping: 4 - 8 working days from dispatch (expect delays)
International Shipping: 7 - 23 working days from dispatch (expect delays)
When you place your order you'll get a tracking number that will provide you with more information on how long your parcel will take to get to you.
Will I have to pay for customs fees or import duties?
Import duties and taxes are your responsibility. All customs fees vary according to location. If you have any questions regarding customs, please contact your local customs authority.
Can I enter a non-english address at checkout?
If you enter your address in a language other than english, your order is subject to delays or non-delivery. To avoid delays in your order, please enter your address in the english language.
Where do I find my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email (not your order confirmation email).
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been sent, you might be able to change your shipping address by contacting us at support@lifemapcollective.com. It’s not always possible, but we will absolutely try our best!
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The new address (Please include all address details)
If your order has been shipped, there is no way to change your shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order.
Please contact us immediately at support@lifemapcollective.com if your order has not been shipped and you wish to cancel your order. Use the subject line ‘Order Cancellation’ so that we know your email needs to be prioritised!

While we will try our best, we can't guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order prior to shipment.
Where do the shipping costs come from?
This product is created in the USA and weighs around 600 grams / 1.32 pounds. It's shipped in a fulfilment warehouse in the USA using standard small business rates. These prices are auto calculated by our fulfilment software based on the weight of the product and the current standard courier rates.
As life map collective grows, we would love to expand and ship from warehouses in Australia and other world wide locations to make shipping more accessible to our community.

My order arrived damaged! What do I do?
Email us as soon as you can with an image of your damaged planner at support@lifemapcollective.com. We'll send you a new planner straight away!
I ordered a digital PDF. Can I be refunded?
Due to the nature of this item, it cannot be refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of digital orders, they cannot be cancelled.
If you have ordered something by mail and your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order.
Please contact us immediately at support@lifemapcollective.com if your order has not been shipped and you wish to cancel your order. Use the subject line ‘Order Cancellation’ so that we know your email needs to be prioritised! We cannot garuantee cancellation of your order prior to shipment.

Product Questions
General
How are your planners different from other planners?
All planners have similarities, but ours is a goal setting, life planning system using all of the tools, strategies and techniques that work. Everyone (EVERYONE) has the ability to achieve their goals. You just need the right strategies and systems in place to help you to achieve them. That's where our planner comes in.
When will I received the audio guide / bonuses?
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email alongside an email that gives you instructions on how to access your extra resources. If you have ordered a digital product, you will receive your extra resources via email shortly after purchasing.
What's the difference between the weekly / daily?
There are a few differences between the weekly and the daily!
The daily planner:
- Lasts for thirteen weeks
- Contains daily spreads for each day of the thirteen weeks - so there are 7 lots of 2-page daily spreads, then you'd hit your 'weekly planning' spread (the weekly spreads are the same as in the weekly planner)
The weekly planner:
- Lasts for about a year (four lots of twelve weeks)
- Contains ONLY weekly / monthly planning pages
- Has a more intense 'refresh / clarifying' section at the start of the planner (30+ pages)
What's the difference between the daily paper / digital?
There are a few differences between the paper and the digital, but the base life map system remains the same.
The digital planner:
- Works in quarters
- Has some additional pages (routines, blank pages, etc)
- Has some additional space on daily pages for notes etc and some extra space for tasks
- No 'close out' section like the paper planner

Where does the cost for the daily planner come from?
It costs nearly the same amount to produce a thirteen week planner as it does a one year planner - they're about the same number of pages! The big difference is the paper thickness and the coloured ink vs black and white. Our planners are priced at the recommended retail price relevant to the manufacturing costs. Our planners are also created within the USA, supporting the USA economy, which impacts the price.
The cost of our planners is an investment for your happiness, productivity and growth - it's so bloody worth it!
Why doesn't the daily planner last for a whole year?
When we set out to create a daily planner that lasted a year - we realised that that planner would be 700+ pages, so we scrapped the idea.
The Life Map Daily (Digital)
Can I use the digital planner on a desktop?
The Life Map Digital is designed for an iPad / tablet. However - the links in the document should also work great on desktop with a good PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Reader).
The biggest struggles you might find using the planner on your desktop is:
- There are no text fields to type in (if you have a good PDF software that lets you type anywhere in a document, you could get around this!)
- The areas to write in may be a bit small to type text in to as they're designed to be zoomed in on iPad / written in rather than typed in (if you set your font size a little smaller you might be able to get away with this)
If you can work around these two points, you could definitely make use of the digital planner on your desktop.
Can I use the digital planner on a phone?
The Life Map Digital is designed for an iPad / tablet. However, the links in the document should also work great on your phone using Good Notes (or another common pdf annotation app) if you have a stylus pen that you can use - you'll need a stylus pen to write in the planner.
The biggest struggles you might find using the planner on your phone is that the text is too small to read - you might be doing a lot of zooming which might make things tricky.
If you can work around that, you could definitely make use of the digital planner on your phone.
Can I print the digital planner?
The Life Map Digital is is designed for an iPad / tablet - the sizing works best using a digital annotation app on your tablet. However, a few customers have chosen to print it and have found that it works for them.
Hmmm, the digital planner hyperlinks aren't working in GoodNotes...
This is a Good Notes issue that's cropped up a handful of times. To fix it, open the digital planner first in iOS PDF app and then share to GoodNotes. Make sure that you're not in writing mode when you're trying to click on the planner links!
